Forintos - the group of the companies Forintos - the group of the companies duly registered in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, the Great Britain, established as a 100 % privately owned joint-stock company in London back in 1991. The company started as a delivery agent for TNT and the courier wholesalers. Courier express activities still comply a considerable part of the group's annual turnover (some 30-35 %). After the contract with TNT has expired, the group has focused on airfreight forwarding development establishing relationship with an independent airfreight forwarders all around the world At the same time we have started to be engaged in a little more complex actions - multimodal transportations. At present the company carries out the weekly consolidated automobile cargo flight to one of the European gate of air mail – to Copenhagen (Denmark) with the further onforwarding by air way or ocean. Branch "Forintos" has been registered in October, 2001 in Ukraine with the authorised capital of 100 000 US dollars. Regarding order №608 of State Customs Services of Ukraine the company is included in the list of 8 express-carriers working in Ukraine. Every day cargoes act through a network of switchyards agrees contracts signed between DP "Forintos" and the companies "Marken time critical express", "Quick international courier", "Overseas courier servises" , "Skynet worldwide express", "VIM Agentuur" and other companies to address of the central switchyard: Kiev, 03040, 1 Vasilkovskaya Street. |

The core business of the company is granting services on transportations of cargoes in a mode of export / import aviation, sea, road transport. Aviation (including charter transportations) make approximately 65-70 % of the group's turnover. Our specialization – medical preparations, a biological material (including the bodies, infected blood) and dangerous cargoes, with special conditions of delivery. The company operates as the cargo commercial agent of airlines (including what are not submitted in Ukraine) .In January, 2002 the information system " TRADEVISION " allowing online to receive the information on movement of a cargo, information system " SITA " has been established. The company is submitted by experts on the organization of air transportation certificated IATA. At the present moment, the company, unique in Ukraine which offers a new kind of services – delivery in any point of the world within 12, 24, 36 hours, depending on complexity of a route. Sea transportations (including services on FCL and LCL) make approximately 5-10 % of the group's turnover. The company renders services on delivery of a cargo as standard containers 20 DV and 40 DV, and special containers HQ, Reefer, Flat rack or bulk, using the court, taking place through ports of Ukraine. Road transportations (including groupagge-transportations) make approximately 20-25 % of the group's turnover. The company renders services on delivery standard, dangerous, bulky goods, and also cargoes which demand a special temperature mode. We carry out delivery from Europe, Asia, remote areas both our automobiles, and the involved transport. For maintenance of own transportations the company uses automobiles "IVECO" licensed for transportation under the customs control. The company has the customs license, own customs area, is submitted by highly skilled customs brokers. Customs license warehouses allow us to render services on warehousing, packing, time and long storage. |
